Notes:
Matrix/runout etchings do not carry indications of a pressing plant; the letters AC are stamped very faintly into the vinyl and are very hard to discern. The etched KD initials denote [a390249 as mastering engineer.
Of note is also, that the inside of the gatefold cover is printed in grey scale, where in other versions it is green as in [r14691028.
