Another label variation. Similar to [r8238944, but:
• Not in bold font, and with silver text on a blue label.
• "Starting Point" is printed within inverted commas.
• "℗ 1977 The Decca Record Co., Ltd." is on one line, not split over two.
• "All above titles composed by David Bowie" appears below "DAVID BOWIE" and not above.
• The number 18 appears at about the 8 o'clock position on both labels.
• The copyright text at the bottom of the labels reads: "All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited by law".

All songs are stereo except A1, A5 & B2 which have been electronically reprocessed to simulate stereo.
No printed inner sleeve. Released in a white paper sleeve with centre window.
Printing error on rear cover: track duration on "Come And Buy My Toys" has one additional bracket, namely ((2:07).
