Nice copy all around, VPI cleaned. Neither promo sticker, but gold promo stamp on back.
 

Notes:

First pressing: 10" green translucent vinyl, with a 10" printed inner sleeve, in a 12" die-cut outer sleeve. Rainbow IRS center labels.
Labels are slightly smaller in diameter, giving the impression of a 12" shrunk to 10" rather than resembling a standard 10".

The spine reads "Music Madness from the Kinetic Kid"

Some copies (possibly only promos) have a b&w-on-green hype sticker on front cover: 
"You have just purchased an I.R.S. product.  Keep in mind, however, that this is no ordinary record.  It has been specially sealed under clinical laboratory conditions guarded by 12 armed security officers.  Upon contact with light, this 8-song album will shrink to 10 inches and turn green.  Exercise extreme caution.
