Very nice copy, VPI cleaned. Sleeve has a bit more shelf wear than VG+.
 

Notes:

This release has a single pressing ring @ 69mm. It also has the letter "P" stamped in both runouts.
Both of these characteristics are indicative of a Columbia pressed record from the Pitman pressing plant that was in New Jersey.
This release has the "classic" yellow Epic labels that were used from 1964 to 1973.
Catalog number "KE 31461" can be found on front, rear cover, spine and labels.
This release has a much more bold font and the album title is on two lines instead of one. 
Tracks A1, A2, A6, B1, B3 & B5 are set on two lines, instead of one line like this release [r13947705.
Record "Side" designations on sleeve are "Side One" & "Side Two", on label they are "Side 1" & "Side 2".
Track time for B4 on sleeve is "2:30", but on label is "2:20".
The " o " stamped in runouts is an identifier for "[l586613".
Back cover: "Previously released on Ode Records Z12 44014 under the same title."
Original inner sleeve: At the top it says: "EPICUNDERCOVER" Editor: Mort Goode  Volume 72E3/4  Designer: Richard A. Kenerson.
At the bottom is a media number for the inner sleeve: 3E 2910.
On the other side there is a mail-in "cut-out" to be a part of a program called "Playback" by Columbia/Epic Record Co. A $3 mail-in to participate as an advisor to the "A&R" Dept. You would get ten records and newsletters for a year, and you would "rate" them accordingly.
