The label has "MFD. BY APPLE RECORDS, INC" in green print at the bottom perimeter of side 2 NOT side 1.
Per Frank Daniels this was the original design but changed by Apple by 1971 except for a short later run of Winchester reissues of Capitol releases.
"Her Majesty" is listed on the label but NOT on the rear jacket cover.
Cover photo is enlarged/cropped so that the manhole/drain cover is NOT seen at the bottom of the photo, as it is in other printings.
The front cover slick wraps around the rear and then is largely but not completely covered by a 12"x12" color photo art piece glued over.
