Carrollton pressing with mastering (plating, metal stampers) from Customatrix, Pitman, and Terre Haute factories. Lacquers cut at Masterdisk.

- "FE 37689" on the spine and labels.
- "37689" on the inner sleeve.
- "FLMN 2" on the spine and inner sleeve. 

[Post-manufacture
- Some copies issued with a sticker covering the barcode and wrapping over the spine covering the catalog number.  Alternate barcode "74643 7689 02" and the later catalog number "PE 37689" replace the old ones.

[Tracks
 - B5, "Inoculated City", does not contain the "2000 Flushes" commercial in the middle, and the actual duration is 2:11.
