Gatefold sleeve with lyrics. Black/white printed inner sleeve with Jimi Hendrix picture on front, printed day of birth and death, and illustrated discography on rear. Variation: inner sleeve replaced with clear sleeve.

Bottom of inner sleeve has copyright date 1979 (Warner Bros.), while the outer jacket lists the copyright date as 1967 (Yaneta).

Inside gatefold: "©1967 - Yaneta Co. Ltd., Nassau, Bahamas c/o SEA-LARK Enterprises, Inc.", but on LP label "A YAMETA PRODUCTION" ("n" vs "m" spelling variation, Yaneta is a typo)

Jacket lists Reprise Records as "a Division of Warner Bros.-Seven Arts Records, Inc.", while LP label says "a division of Warner Bros. Records Inc."
